• Lender/broker fees and/or software charges (if applicable)

 

For property purchases in the City of Toronto, the following additional disbursements apply:

• Municipal Land Transfer Tax Administration Fee (currently $82.86 + HST)

• Municipal Land Transfer Tax (based on purchase price)
